All fees are paid by the buyer at checkout, except withdrawal processing, which is deducted from the seller's wallet at the time of withdrawal. All percentage fees shown above are displayed inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout, per the VAT Act 2007 as amended by the Finance Act 2019. The cross-border FX spread is exempt from VAT as a financial service.

Sellers may request an annual fee statement, summarising all platform and escrow fees and VAT paid in a given tax year, for use in their personal or business tax filings. Request a statement via your account settings or by emailing legal@orbitverse.africa.

Withdrawal Fees

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits and the flat fee charged per withdrawal depend on your verification tier. The minimum withdrawal amount is NGN 1,000 for all tiers. The fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount.
