1. Our Principles

OrbitVerse is built on trust between buyers and sellers across borders. These Community Guidelines describe the behaviour we expect from everyone using the platform.

  • Be honest in your listings and reviews
  • Treat other users with respect in chat and all communications
  • Only review orders you actually completed
  • Do not coordinate with other users to manipulate TrustScore or reviews
  • Report suspicious activity rather than taking matters into your own hands
  • Use the formal dispute process to resolve order issues, not public harassment of the other party

2. Enforcement

Guidelines violations are reviewed alongside our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. Consequences range from a warning to permanent account suspension, depending on severity and repetition.

3. Reporting Concerns

Use the in-app report function on any listing, message, or review that concerns you. For order-specific issues, open a dispute through OrbitTrade rather than contacting the other party directly outside the platform.
