1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards of behaviour expected of every user on OrbitVerse. It applies to all activity on the platform, including listings, messaging, reviews, and account management.

2. Prohibited Activity

The following conduct is prohibited on OrbitVerse:

Sending spam or unsolicited messages to other users
Harassment or abusive language in chat, reviews, or any other communication channel
Automated scraping or accessing the platform through bots without permission
Attempting to bypass rate limits or other security measures
Creating multiple accounts to manipulate TrustScore or reviews
Impersonating another user or OrbitVerse staff

3. Enforcement

Violations of this policy are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on severity and frequency, consequences may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter conduct that violates this policy, report it through the in-app report function or contact us directly. Do not retaliate against the offending user.

5. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
